Domestic mail redirection

Mail redirection is the best option for anyone moving home who want peace of mind knowing they’re not missing their mail.

Our mail redirection service ensures we can safely deliver your post to your new address whilst you can update your new contact information at your own pace – you can redirect your mail from a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of two years*.

This service requires:

  • Valid ID – passport, drivers license
  • Proof of address dated within the last 3 months – utility bill, bank statement

*Please note you can have your mail redirected for up to two years by first organising your redirection for 12 months, then extending it for another 12 months.

How to apply

Online

1. Log in to your online account.

2. Select ‘Redirection’ under the services menu.

3. Fill in your details and make the payment.

4. Email a copy of your ID and proof of address to redirectionofmail@jerseypost.com to authorise your service.

In branch

1. Print out the above redirection form.

2. Fill in your details.

3. Return to one of our post office branches a long with a copy of your ID, Proof of address and your payment.

Post

1.Print out the above redirection form.

2.Fill in your details.

3.Post your form to our address, along with a copy of your ID, proof of address and a cheque* settling your payment.

*We only accept cheques payable to Jersey Post Limited
