Managing Director, Postal and Logistics

The majority of Julie’s career has been with Post Office Ltd where she worked for over 30 years. During this time, she specialised in operational business change as a Programme Director delivering large-scale people and technology change initiatives within front line services. Her last role at Post Office was focused solely on improving support services to enable excellent customer service.  As Operations Director, she led a team of over 500 people engaged in supporting the 11,500-branch network, its 40,000 front line staff and its 14m customers.

Julie left Post Office Ltd in 2020 and moved to the NHS where she held the position of Programme Lead. In this role, Julie led a recruitment and skills initiative for the East of England NHS Health & Social Care system, specifically targeting young unemployed people to support them into long-term careers across corporate and healthcare settings.
