International Administration and Settlements

Adam is a key member of Jersey Post’s International Administration & Settlements Team, leading the end‑to‑end international postal settlements process. He manages the reconciliation of cross‑border accounts, ensures accurate and timely settlement with global postal partners, and oversees the resolution of discrepancies raised through international postal channels.

Adam also acts as the primary liaison for customers when issues are flagged by international posts, providing clear explanations and coordinated investigations, and efficient resolution. His role is central to maintaining financial accuracy, operational transparency, and strong partner relationships across Jersey Post’s global network.
