At Communicate, we pride ourselves on delivering seamless services to our customers. As a Production Operative, you’ll play a vital role in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring jobs run smoothly from start to finish, and keeping customer and supplier relationships strong.
🔹 Managing Operations – Oversee the full process of customer jobs, from data receipt to final production, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
🔹 Coordinating Campaigns – Handle scheduling, quotations, and SLAs, keeping everything on track.
🔹 Providing Customer & Supplier Support – Be the first point of contact, managing inquiries and coordinating with suppliers for planning and scheduling mailings.
🔹 Ensuring Compliance & Accuracy – Support audits, assist with incident investigations, and help maintain accurate production logs and customer data.
🔹 Financial Support & Billing – Prepare quotations, assist with pricing and invoicing, and ensure accurate daily job recording in the JEM billing platform.
✔️ Experience in customer-facing roles with strong service skills.
✔️ Strong organizational and prioritisation abilities to manage multiple tasks.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
✔️ Familiarity with command-line interfaces and design tools (Adobe InDesign a plus!).
✔️ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
