Any information provided by customers of Jersey Post Group by whatever means will be processed in compliance with the respective Jersey or UK Data Protection Law for the purposes of obtaining products or services, giving advice and assistance and managing queries and complaints.  Such information will only be used for the purpose it is provided. Please see our Privacy Policy for other information about how your data may be used and how we use cookies on our group websites. Jersey Post will only provide our customers with marketing information about products and services once we have obtained explicit consent to do so.  

Jersey Post has a data retention policy and all data and records are managed within this policy. Data is retained to comply with legal requirements and best practice under the guidance of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. Personal data will only be retained as long as required and in accordance with the relevant Data Protection Law.

If you wish to make any application or representation in respect of your rights as a data subject, please use the Subject Access Request form which can be accessed below.

If you wish to exercise your “Right to be Forgotten” or wish to rectify data we may hold on you, please also use the Subject Access Request form and provide specific details of the request in Section 3 of the form.
