Please provide your Jersey Post account email address so your password can be reset. We will send you an email with a link to change your password.
Please note that it may take several minutes for your password reset email to arrive. If you request another link, it will deactivate any previous link sent, so please ensure you use the most recent.
You can change your email address in 'Settings' under your Account tab. To reset your password, click on the relevant link within the account settings section.

Make sure you get your password reset email. Check that emails coming from jerseypost.com are not blocked or sent to spam by your email provider.
