How it works

Preparing your mail

Mail should be addressed, packaged (enveloped) and sorted by destination. An additional surcharge will be added for unsorted mail (per item).

Mail drop-off or pick up

Simply drop off your mail at our facility, or schedule a convenient pickup from your office. Please attach our Outsourced Mailroom  instruction form to your mailing.

Processing by experts

Our team will sort, prepare, and process your mail for postage. We ensure every piece of mail is handled according to your requirements and that it meets postal regulations.

Billing and reporting

Receive a monthly report detailing the mail processed and associated costs. Our transparent billing makes it easy to track your expenses and manage postage costs efficiently.
