2025 annual customer survey

Our 2025 annual customer survey is now open. We value your feedback and would appreciate you taking a few moments to share your feedback on the island’s postal service.

You’ll also receive a copy of the survey through your letterbox, which can be posted in the enclosed prepaid envelope in any Post Box around the island.

We’re also inviting customers to join our consumer user group to help shape the future of our services. Please provide your email address on the survey if you’d like to take part.

We’ll be giving £25 worth of stamps to the first 20 customers who return a completed survey (online or by post). If we receive your survey by 7th February 2025, you can also choose to be entered into a prize draw to win one of three £100 Amazon vouchers. Please tick the box on the survey to enter.
