Mail Retention

Avoid mail piling up at your doorstep! If you’re away from home for any significant length of time, our Mail Retention service will keep your mail securely for a maximum of 2 months.

This service is available at £42 and you can sign up online today. 

This service requires:

  • Valid ID – passport, drivers license
  • Proof of your address dated within the last 3 months – utility bill, bank statement

Set up

Set up your mail retention through your online account.

Email a copy of your ID and proof of your old address to our Customer Care Team to authorise your service.

How to apply

Online

1. Log in to your online account.

2. Select 'Retention' under the services menu.

3. Fill in your details and make the payment.

4. Email a copy of your ID and proof of address to our Customer Care Team to authorise your service.

In a Post Office

1. Print out the above application form.

2. Fill in your details.

3. Return to one of our Post Offices a long with a copy of your ID, Proof of address and your payment.
