Premium Cover
If your item is valuable, you may want to enhance the level of compensation available by adding additional cover in the unlikely event of loss or damage.
- Our Signed For premium service already includes standard compensation cover of up to £30 as standard.
- Our Tracked and Tracked & Signed premium services includes compensation cover of up to £100 as standard (*note there is a £3.50 charge for £100 compensation on Large parcels).
The postage rate you pay will be calculated by the format, weight of item and destination of the item, with the additional price of the cover option shown below.
Please note, our compensation cover does not include cover for delayed delivery unless our courier option is chosen.
