Jersey Post provides a range of travel currency services that ensure you always receive a great deal on your travel money, regardless of destination or time of year.
Order online - Order up to £750 worth of foreign currency online and have it safely delivered, free of charge to any local address with our tracked and signed service. Plus, you can enjoy delivery the next working day when you order before 3pm. Alternatively, collect from our Broad Street or Rue des Pres post offices.
Any multiple individual orders with amounts totalling more than £750 will not be processed until our team in Broad Street have physically seen and verified both photographic ID (drivers licence/passport) and a separate proof of address - if you need to purchase more than £750, please come and speak to us in branch.

Photographic ID must be presented at the post office counter. The forms of ID we accept are listed below as long as they are valid and original:
- YOTI (below £750)
- Current Driving Licence (providing it bears a photograph and the holder’s signature).
- Passport.
- National Identity Cards. (Except UK National ID cards will not be a valid form of identification, all other national ID cards are valid).
If your transaction exceeds the sterling equivalent of £750, a separate proof of current permanent residential address is also needed.
- Utility bill – telephone bills must be for a landline, mobile phone bills alone are not permissible*
- Correspondence from central government or agency*
- Bank or Credit card statement*
- National Identity Card (only valid as a proof of address if passport or driving licence is provided as separate ID document).
- Employer’s confirmation of employee address (on original headed note paper)*.
- Jersey Telecoms Telephone Directory (Or the Online Directory), this can be accessed through the Intranet.
*These documents must be dated within the last three months
Collection can be arranged free of charge for either Broad Street or Rue des Pres post offices if the order is made online.
Parcel Locker customer? If you're a Broad Street parcel locker customer, sign in to your Jersey Post account (or register for free), manually enter your address and add your JPID and we'll deliver it straight to your locker box and notify you when it's ready to collect.

We offer the same exchange rates for Euros and Dollars at our counters, online and at our Broad Street ATM, Bank Charges may apply so please speak to your bank for more information.
Yes, online you can only purchase £750 worth of currency per transaction. If you make an additional transaction and the total number of transactions equates to more than £750, we will be unable to deliver the currency to you and you will need to visit Broad Street post office with photographic ID and a separate proof of address is also required.
Over the counter there is a limit of £20,000, however, any transaction over the value of £7,500 will require additional due diligence including the source of funds and why the currency is needed.
We cannot accept USD $100 bills because our suppliers do not take them from us. Since we can't return these notes, we are unable to accept them from customers.
