Jersey Post Limited (JPL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Jersey Post International Limited. 

The Jersey Post Limited Board, comprises of four Executive Directors, who are responsible for the direction and management of Jersey Post operations, including our regulated activities. 

Jersey Post Limited is regulated by: 

★ The Jersey Financial Services Commission in respect of the Money Service Business we provide through the post office branch network, such as foreign currency exchange, which falls within the Financial Services (Jersey) Law 1998 and the associated financial services framework; and 

★ The Jersey Competition Regulator Authority pursuant to the Postal Services (Jersey) Law 2004 in respect of the postal service provided to our community.
