Mail Redelivery

Missed a delivery?

 

For greater convenience and flexibility, you can book a redelivery of your item, to an alternative address or on a more convenient date for you. This service costs £2 per item.

 

To book a redelivery call our Customer Care team on 616616 or go to your online account. 

 

Setup

Setup your redelivery through your online account. 

Have your item redelivered to:

A local address

Have your mail redelivered to any Jersey address including both business and residential.

Just confirm the date you want us to deliver your item.

A Post Office

You can also arrange for your items to be redelivered to Broad Street Post Office for collection.

Collection times:

  • Monday to Friday: 10:30 - 17:30
  • Saturday: 8:30 - 13:00

We cannot Redeliver on the same day of missed delivery. The soonest we can Redeliver your parcel is the next working day or any later date which suits you.

 

 

The easiest way to arrange a Redelivery is through your Online Account:

  1. Login to your online account.
  2. Select Redelivery under services.
  3. Complete the online form.
  4. You will get an email to confirm the set up of your service.
