Missed a delivery?
For greater convenience and flexibility, you can book a redelivery of your item, to an alternative address or on a more convenient date for you.
To book a redelivery call our Customer Care Team on 616616, with an administration fee of £2 per item. Currently, it's not possible to book a redelivery online.
Broad Street redelivery collection times:
Monday to Friday: 10:30 - 5:30
Saturday: 8:30 - 1pm
Have your mail redelivered to any Jersey address including both business and residential.
You can also arrange for your items to be redelivered to Broad Street Post Office for collection.
If you book on the day after receiving a missed delivery notice, expect redelivery on the following day, Monday to Friday, whether to an address or a post office.
If you book on the same day as receiving a missed delivery notice, expect redelivery two days later – i.e. receive missed delivery notice on a Monday and call the same day, your item will be redelivered or ready for collection on Wednesday.

For those that are unable to drive to Rue des Pres, there is a bus that passes the trading estate.
Please visit https://libertybus.je/for timetables. As of June 2024 you can use the 1a or 2 bus route to get to the Rue Des Pres stop.
You can also arrange to have your item redelivered to an alternative address such as your place of work on a particular day, however please note we cannot guarantee a delivery time on that day.
