Save time and skip the post office queues by creating postage labels online!
The postage labels that are created online meet the relevant customs requirements.
To send items through Jersey Post you must use a Jersey Post label generated from our calculator below - we do not accept Royal Mail labels unless they are being used for free returns.

How it works
Save time and skip the queues by paying and printing your postage labels online in a few easy steps.
It's important to weigh your item with the packaging. We do random checks on the weights declared on packages and if there is insufficient postage the person receiving the item will need to pay the additional postage plus a surcharge fee.
Once registered, create, buy and print your postage label and affix it securely to your item.
Drop your item off at any of our island-wide post offices, or pop it in a postbox if it fits.
If you are sending parcels to the UK or internationally you must provide electronic pre-advice customs information (EAD).
Your postage label will need the following information:
We have adapted our combined postage customs label to capture this information and to include a Universal Postal Union (UPU) compliant S10 barcode that ensures each item can be linked, via the barcode, to the electronic pre-advice information.

They can be applied using glue or sellotape, but please do not sellotape over any of the barcodes. Sellotape makes it difficult for our machines to read the important codes and could result in a delay to your mail being processed and made ready for despatch.
