Simply choose the type of parcel/packet you’re sending, the destination you need it to go to and then add any extra tracking or compensation.
Our handy online postage labels already include all the customs information needed when sending overseas. This improves security, reduces delays and provides you with a better international service.

Some things need extra special treatment when sending.
Choose Signed For if you need the person receiving the item to sign on delivery or choose Tracked & Signed to track your items progress as it travels through the postage network.
You could also choose our Courier service to add extra special handling and monitoring provided by our global delivery partner FedEx.

- Signed For includes £30 compensation
- Tracked/Tracked & Signed includes £100 compensation
Cover is provided only in the event of loss or damage to an item. Use our Courier service for delay cover.

All items leave Jersey the same day*. Once an item arrives with the receiving postal authority, they aim to deliver it within:

Our free SecureDrop service lets you select a safe and weather-proof location within your home grounds as an alternative to your letterbox, so you can receive larger items and even those requiring a signature when you’re not home.
Gift definition
A gift is defined as an item
- Sent between two private people,
- It is of an occasional nature, such as a birthday or Christmas gift,
- where no monetary consideration has been made.
Packages containing more than one gift
When a package contains gifts that are clearly intended for several people, for example, members of the same family, the £39.00 VAT relief applies to each individual item provided the gifts are:
- Individually wrapped,
- Specifically addressed to each individual,
- Declared separately on the customs declaration form.
for example, It's Christmas and you are sending a box of gifts to the UK.
The box contains 3 items.
- 1 Teddy bear worth £5.00
- 1 box of chocolate worth £3.00
- 1 garment worth £50
Each item must be listed individually on your customs form.
Important information to include:
- Customs declarations - this is built into the labels our postage calculator generates.
- Paying VAT - this must be paid on most items being sent to the UK that exceed a retail value of £39.00.
- Return address - this must be visible on the outside of the packaging in the event it can't be delivered to the recipient.
