Boden Returns
If you need to return items to the retailer Boden, it’s never been easier. Simply follow the steps below to send your return:
1. Register your return online:
- Visit Boden's returns portal to register your return and create your returns label.
- Enter your order number and delivery postcode or email address to identify your order.
2. Select the items you want to return:
- Tick the item(s) you wish to return from your order list and select a return reason for each.
3. Choose your return method
- Most carriers provide a unique scannable QR code for drop off, while some may require you to print a label at home.
- Your label or code will be emailed to you, once your return has been registered.
4. Pack and drop off your return
- Complete the returns section of the paper insert that came with your order and include it in your parcel.
- Pack your items securely, removing any old address labels.
- Take your parcel to your chosen drop-off point – this needs to be done at Jersey Post’s Rue des Pres or Broad Street branches if you have a QR code.
- Follow the instructions for your selected method:
- Post office: show the QR code to the counter assistant and hand them your parcel.
That’s it! Your return is complete, and your package will be delivered to the Boden returns centre within 14 working days. To keep an eye on your return, track your item here.
