UPS returns

We are responsible for the delivery and collection of UPS goods on island, as well as providing export services on behalf of UPS.

Here is important information you need to know about your UPS returns:

  • We can only accept UPS returns at our Rue des Pres Post Office.
  • Packages must be accompanied by a commercial invoice and shipping label. UK Customs needs both attached to the outside of the package for smooth import into the UK. If you’re able to supply a second label or photocopy, this is a big help for our team.
  • To request a collection or if you need a shipping label, please arrange this directly with UPS by contacting Jerseyshipping@ups.com. UPS send collection requests to Jersey Post after processing your request.
  • We recommend that you attach the commercial invoices to packages using clear sticky-back shipping pouches. If you tape invoices to packages, there’s a risk of damaging the commercial invoice, which could result in delays.
