ship2me launches Primark Click & Collect service for islanders

Jersey shoppers can now access thousands of Primark products without leaving the island, thanks to a new Click & Collect service launched by Jersey Post’s ship2me service. The service enables customers to order from Primark online and have their purchases collected from the retailer's Portsmouth store before being shipped directly to Jersey.

Julie Thomas, Chief Operating Officer at Jersey Post, says: “Primark is a brand many islanders know and love, and one that customers regularly ask us about. As Primark do not currently support delivery to homes, we're delighted to make Primark more accessible through ship2me, using Primark’s click and collect service. Jersey Post are delighted to offer a solution that gives islanders greater choice, convenience and value while bringing the UK high street a little closer to home.”

From everyday fashion and kidswear to baby essentials and homeware, the service means Jersey shoppers can enjoy Primark products without needing to plan a trip to the UK.

Islanders will need a free ship2me account to use Primark Click & Collect.

How the service works

1. Shop Primark’s range online: choose Click & Collect from their Portsmouth store. Include your full name and ship2me ID so the team can identify the correct order at collection.

2. Book with ship2me: login to your ship2me account, select Primark Click & Collect on the booking page and provide your order details.

3. Collection: Once your order is ready, the ship2me team will collect it from the Portsmouth store within two working days and ship this to Jersey.

4. Delivery: Once on the island and any GST has been paid, Jersey Post will deliver to your door.
