Jersey Post International Limited (JPIL) is the investment holding company of the Jersey Post Group of companies (both wholly or majority owned subsidiary).

The Jersey Post Group board provides overall leadership of Jersey Post Group through approval of Jersey Post Group’s long-term strategic aims, objectives and commercial strategy. JPIL is committed to maintaining a high level of corporate governance by setting values and standards and has established three Board Committees with specific delegated powers (Audit & Risk, Remuneration and Nomination).

The company follows the best practice principles of the UK Corporate Governance Code issued by the Financial Reporting Council, where it is appropriate and practical to do so. The Board comprises six independent, Non-Executive Directors and two Executive Directors.
