Post office services

The parcel collection counter at Postal Headquarters, Rue des Pres Trading Estate is open from 08:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday and from 08:00 to 15:00 on Saturdays. The counter is closed on Sundays and on Bank Holidays. For all other post office opening times, please click here.

Bill payments can be made at 20 of our island-wide post offices.

The only one that does not offer this service is located in the Airport Departures Hall. The nearest alternative is located within the Co-op Grand Marché in St Peter.

Post offices now accept bill payments for Jersey Water, Jersey Gas, Jersey Electricity and JT. You can also pay for your TV licence at post offices as well as purchase pay cards, season tickets and some pay-as-you-go mobile phone credit. Please click here for post office information.

Bill payments can be made in cash, by cheque or with a credit/debit card.

We would recommend leaving a minimum of two days to make your bill payment e.g. if your bill is due on 25th of each month, please ensure that you have paid at the post office by 23rd of each month, or closest working day to that date.

Provided that you know your account details, we can process payment without the actual bill. If you're unsure of your account details, it's advisable to bring your printed bill receipt with you.

At present we can certify copies of passports, driving licenses, recent utility bills and bank statements.

We are only able to offer this service at Broad Street and Rue des Pres post offices.

There is a fee for this service of £10.00. This fee covers the certification of up to three documents. Please be advised that we are unable to accept cheque payment for document certification.
