Our Customer Care call centre is open 8:30am-5:30pm weekdays (except 9am on Wednesdays) and 9am-1pm on Saturdays.

Yes but please note that at present, our social media pages are monitored during office hours only. If you use these channels to contact us outside of these hours, we will respond as soon as we return to the office on the next working day.

  • Your full name including preferred salutation.
  • The nature of your feedback. e.g. What has gone well or wrong/ What can we do differently or more of?
  • Your contact information such as email or preferred contact telephone number.
  • Let us know if there is a convenient time to call you back. We will aim to get back to you within 48 hours.
  • Your JPID (if applicable).
