Do you buy back leftover travel currency?

 Yes, if you bring back your left over foreign currency, we will buy it back at today's daily buy back rate. Euros and US dollars can be taken to any post office but all other currency must be taken to Broad Street post office. 

 


For us to buy back your travel money, the original purchase receipt and a valid form of ID must be produced.

Promotional Guarantee Terms and Conditions

  • This is available to Jersey Post customers only who have purchased the foreign currency online or at a branch of Jersey Post.
  •  This will only apply to foreign currency bank notes (not coins).
  •  It is only available on the 20 top currencies Jersey Post transacts in as defined by the currencies displayed on its website www.jerseypost.com
  •  The repurchase transaction must be completed within 31 days of the original purchase transaction.
  •  Only one Buy Back transaction can be completed in relation to each original transaction.
  •  The maximum amount for the buy back transaction is 50% of the original purchase amount, subject to a maximum amount of £750.
  • This offer is non-transferable and conditional on presentation of the original purchase receipt and a valid form of Photo identification when returning foreign currency bank notes for repurchase.
  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, including the Jersey Post Foreign Currency Discount Card.
  •  The repurchase transaction is only available from our main  office in Broad Street, St. Helier, Jersey
  •  Jersey Post reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and with immediate effect.
