Why hasn't my parcel gone to my SecureDrop or 24/7 Parcel Collection locker?

Although we deliver most parcels in Jersey, there are several other courier companies operating who often deliver parcels from retailers. Only items sent through Jersey Post's network will be delivered to lockers or to your SecureDrop. You will usually be informed who is delivering your parcels, either in a confirmation email, or via a link to track your items if they are sent via a premium service.

Items sent with the following providers will be delivered by Jersey Post:

Royal Mail Parcelforce FedEx
Ship2me UKMail Yodel

This means our Customer Services team will be able to help you with any queries about parcels you’re receiving through these providers. Contact them on 01534 616616 or customerservices@jerseypost.com for help with your delivery.

Unfortunately items delivered by other on-island couriers cannot be delivered to your SecureDrop location or into one of our Parcel Collection lockers, and we are unable to provide any customer support for parcels that don’t come through our network. If you're expecting a parcel to be delivered by another local courier, we’ve pulled together a list of who you should contact in the event of a problem receiving a parcel:
