Organise a redelivery to your local address or sign up to our Secure drop service and ensure you never miss a delivery.
Use our redirection service to ensure your mail follows you to your new home then set up a Secure drop to ensure your never miss a delivery.

Alternatively, you can obtain a form from any post office. The service is free and takes around 7 working days to set up.
Lockers. Although we deliver most parcels in Jersey, there are other courier companies operating on the island who won't have access to your Jersey Post Locker.
To ensure you mail gets delivered to your locker your JPID must be quoted on the delivery address on your parcel.
