Missguided Returns

Please note that due to Missguided going into administration, the returns portal link below is currently unavailable. 

If you need to return items to the retailer Missguided, it’s never been easier. Simply follow the steps below to send your free return:

  1. Firstly, repack and reseal the items you wish to return.
  2. To begin your return, visit Missguided returns portal here.
  3. Enter your order number and a secondary piece of information to verify your order. This could be either your delivery post code or email address.
  4. Select the item(s) you wish to return.
  5. Select Jersey Post as your returns method and choose which post office you’d like to drop your package off at. (If you need to change your selected store, no need to get in touch. You can drop your parcel at any Jersey Post location.)
  6. You’ll be sent a confirmation email with label attached ready to print. Printing Facilities are available in our Post Offices.
  7. Attach the label on outside of your parcel.
  8. Visit one of our Island-wide Post Offices and send your return. Remember to request a receipt as proof of postage.

That’s it! Your return is complete, and your package will be delivered to the Missguided returns centre within 2-5 working days and Missguided will refund your goods within 7 working days. To keep an eye on your return, track your item here.
