Yes, Photographic ID must be presented at the post office counter.

 If your transaction exceeds the sterling equivalent of £750, a separate proof of address is also needed. Please note that we cannot accept mobile phone bills.

 We are required by law to obtain this information to comply with JFSC ,anti-money laundering regulations.

 

Purchase at a post office - Our Broad Street branch stocks the top 20 currencies. The following post offices only stock Euro and US Dollars.

Yes, online you can only purchase £750 worth of currency per transaction. If you make an additional transaction and the total number of transactions equates to more than £750, we will be unable to deliver the currency to you and you will need to visit Broad Street post office with photographic ID and a separate proof of address is also required.

Over the counter there is a limit of £20,000, however, any transaction over the value of £7,500 will require additional due diligence including the source of funds and why the currency is needed.

 Yes, if you bring back your left over foreign currency, we will buy it back at today's daily buy back rate. Euros and US dollars can be taken to any post office but all other currency must be taken to Broad Street post office.

We offer the same exchange rates for Euros and Dollars at our counters, online and at our Broad Street ATM, Bank Charges may apply so please speak to your bank for more information.

Orders that are placed before 13:00 can be fulfilled the next working day. Orders placed after 13:00 will be fullfilled within 2 working days.

Collection can be arranged free of charge for either Broad Street or Rue des Pres post offices if the order is made online.
